Bio

I have experience teaching drums and percussion, my philosophy regarding teaching is student and parent centered. My goal is to have students learn something new each session and love their instrument. I like to to see students succeed!

Music Education:      Studied music at the Conservatory of Music in Milwaukee and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. I also have extensive experience playing both live and in The studio.

Teaching Experience:      I taught students At-Risk in Hartford, Wisconsin and substitute teaching in The School District of Waukesha. Also taught drums and percussion at Mike’s Brass and Instrument in Johnsburg, IL.

Styles Taught:      Traditional, jazz, folk rock, etc.

Methods Taught:        Essential Elements, Hal Leonard Drum Set Method 1 & 2, Stick Control
