Bio
I am a violinist who was born and raised in Michigan and moved to Wisconsin in September. I started playing the violin 20 years ago and I love teaching violin students at various skill levels! I like to help my students learn new solos & etudes, practice orchestra & ensemble repertoire, and help find music arrangements for music that a student is interested in.
Music Education:
I am a current graduate student at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, I am studying to earn my Masters in String Pedagogy. I graduated in May 2024 from Central Michigan University with a Bachelors in Music. I earned Associate’s degrees in Arts, General Studies, and Fine Arts at Mott Community College. I have been in various orchestras and chamber ensembles since 2008 at Flint School of Performing Arts, Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp, Interlochen and at universities/colleges. And I have been taking private violin lessons since 2006.
Teaching Experience:
I taught private violin lessons at Expressions Music Academy from October 2024 to August 2025. I was a assiatant teacher at Flint School of Performing Arts for a string orchestra. And taught a couple of private violin lessons when I was in high school.

I am mostly classically trained but I experiment with different music genres and am happy to help a student learn any type of music.
