COVID-19 Update – 5/18/2020
To Our Valued Customers,
With the state of Wisconsin opening for business, we are getting our stores in order to welcome retail shopping starting Tuesday, May 26th. We will be practicing social distancing, staff wearing masks, plexi-glass at our check-out counters, and plenty of hand sanitizer.
At present, our team will be answering phones at each of our retail locations between the hours of
Monday – Thursday: 12pm – 8pm (Waukesha 10am – 8pm)
Friday: 12pm – 6pm (Waukesha 10am – 6pm)
Saturday: 9am – 4pm
If you need to purchase something, or pickup or drop off an instrument for repair, please call or email your local store for assistance.
We will be offering prepaid curbside pick-up by appointment.
